The Golden Web of Intrigue
Gaston Beauregard is the only son of Viscount and Viscountess Beauregard. He is 20, tall, well-muscled, with long blonde hair and chiseled features. He is a renowned chef, capable of preparing dishes to shock and awe the palate. Gaston has an arrogance about him due to his skills, although he is better with a chef’s knife then a sword. He wears a velvet glove over his right hand in order to hide burns that completely engulfed it during an early cooking experiment. He is also one of many suitors for the hand of Elise Halmeister.
Gaston believes his parents to be acting oddly since returning from Frans’ birthday celebration. Their sudden interest in selling all of their resources, and Gaston’s inheritance, has made him go to discuss with Lord Verboden that he believes there is something wrong with his parents. Without any proof however, preventing the sale could be quite difficult.
